The Portugal international has already cleared his stance on his future as he claimed that he is happy to continue at United. , however, reports that the Red Devils star is likely to meet the Saudi club for a third time as their officials are refusing to give up on their pursuit.
Manager Ruben Amorim has also broken his silence on Fernandes' possible transfer as he made it clear that he wants his compatriot at Old Trafford next season. The 31-year-old has enjoyed a stellar campaign in the current season, having scored 19 goals and provided 15 assists across all competitions.
United are scheduled to face West Ham and Chelsea in the next two Premier League fixtures before they face Tottenham Hotspur in the club's biggest match of the 2024-25 campaign. They lock horns against the Spurs in the Europa League final at Bilbao on May 21.
