The report, however, also claims that Pintus has the backing of club president Florentino Perez because, during his regime, the Spanish champions have won five Champions League titles and several other trophies.
Carlo Ancelotti will hope that Rodrygo and Vazquez recover during the international break and come back to action in their next La Liga clash against Leganes on November 24. Three days later, they face an in-form Liverpool in the Champions League.
