Sargent, while on USMNT duty in the CONCACF Nations League in March, was blanked in front of net in the lone match he played in. The striker started the semifinal match against Panama, but his scoreless streak on the international stage — dating back to 2019 — continued as he did not find the back of the net.
It's been nearly six years since he struck for the U.S. — even though he's just 24 years old.
For the in 2024-25, though, he's been nothing short of spectacular with 13 goals and five assists across all competitions for the English side.
The return to the pitch next Saturday for a clash against Plymouth Argyle.
